I recently have come into some money and would like to get my breast implants I am nearly 28 and have never had a boyfriend I am not very attractive and dont have nice hair I am wondering would big breasts be able to win a man even if I have unattractive hair and face

Nope. Most guys even prefer small, natural ones to large, fake ones. It won't improve your chances one bit.

Ok, you have really low self esteem, and low self confidence, and I am pretty sure that guys dont really like that too much. I am sure you are not unattractive, and that even without getting a breast implant you will find a guy that loves you.

Also spending the money on breast implants to please some one else would not be great for yourself, instead you should save it for something that you can really use like a house, or something practical.

No, no no, and NO! Breasts aren't the issue here. Maybe if you do get them, you'll feel more confident in yourself and THAT will get you guys, but breasts aren't the issue here. All physical charms are ephemeral. You can stuff yourself with as much plastic as you want, but it won't change who you are. But to really answer your question: Breasts aren't enough.

From my thinking a fellow who just is interested in size of your breasts may not be one you want to take too much interest in. I also don't think breasts in themselves is what would attract a male to a female.
