The best way to do your hair..?

Okay; well ALL of my hair is all in one big knot idk how it got that way but ive tried EVERYTHING so basicly its leading to " cutting it " :S

which im scared b/c even when it has NOTHING holding it in a ponytail/bun its STILL IN A BUN it wont even come down so i cant get the knot out; my hair is all matted up it literally looks like a ratsnest..

i wanna know the best way to cut it cuz ima have to do it with it being in the shape of the bun b/c i cant get it out even when nothing is holding it.. so whats the best way to cut it like that without me lookin like a boy.. or having extremely short hair..

Try to wash your hair with a shampoo for dry hair and put loads of conditioner. Let it sit and gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb.

Why don't you take a shower and put in a ton of conditioner to sooth the knowt out and just comb it out or brush it out in the shower? that will at least reduce the nottinesss. then just brush and find the root of the problem and cut it.:)
